Booking Policy ~ Terms and Conditions:

Culturally responsive care:  
I am committed to providing culturally responsive care to all of my clients, regardless of sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, religion, etc. I want all of my clients to feel welcomed and cared for especially those who have traditionally been underserved by medical professionals.

Cash, checks, debit/credit are accepted forms of payment.

In-person sessions:  - not available at this time.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, 10 minutes early for first appointments. The time I set aside for your appointment is completely yours. If you are late to your session, you are missing out on your time. The session will end at the time scheduled and the full cost of the session is expected.

Virtual Sessions:  
We will set up the virtual session details over email a few days before our scheduled session. Please treat online Spiritual Companionship sessions the same as you would an in-person session. The cancelation policy applies to virtual appointments too. You will be asked to pay for your appointment in advance to maximize our time together and to hold your appointment time. There will be no refunds, if you need to cancel outside of the 24-hour notice window, your appointment fee will be applied to a future appointment, thank you for understanding. If you cancel within the 24-hour window the appointment fee will be forfeited at the discretion of the healer.

Canceling your appointment:  
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full cost of the regular appointment fee. Please call (no e-mail) should you need to cancel within 24 hours. If you reschedule at the time of cancelation, the charge may be waived at the discretion of the healer.

If a client presents with signs and/or symptoms of illness that contraindicate massage or energy healing (fever, undiagnosed rash, contagious infection), the session will be rescheduled. This is to protect the health of both the client and the therapist. If we are scheduled for a distance healing and you have an acute illness, cold, flu, fever, etc we will need to reschedule. Energy work is real and you should receive it when you are healthy. This does not include chronic illness, there is a different energetic mechanism for long-term or chronic health issues.

There will be no cancelation charge for a woman who goes into labor preventing her from attending a scheduled appointment. I do ask for the courtesy of being informed via text as soon as possible by a friend or loved one.

I reserve the right to refuse service. Explicit or implied inappropriate behavior / unwanted physical contact as well as verbal comments or gestures of a sexual nature will not be tolerated and the appointment will be terminated. You will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.

If I cancel your appointment:

On rare occasions, it may be necessary for me to re-schedule existing appointments. The tradition I work in requires that I not do Sai Shakti Healing if I am menstruating or if am ill, which can not always be predicted. I read the energy to know when it is auspicious to send healing and when it is not. By following the energy of my divine guides we can be sure to use the most auspicious time for you to receive healing for the best possible outcomes. If I feel that there is any reason to postpone a session, or that I am not the right healer for you at this time, I will let you know. You need to understand that Sai Shakti Healing is a profound and powerful form of healing and it takes great care to receive the optimum outcome, which is your receptivity to the highest healing energy. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason I will do so with at least 24 hours notice and will reschedule or refund your appointment fee, at my discretion. I promise to make every effort to re-schedule with you as quickly as possible or refer you to another healer who will better suit your needs.
