I’m an intuitive energy alchemist, Spiritual Mentor, and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience. I trained at East-West College of Healing Arts in Portland Oregon and the Soul University in South India with Swami Anupati Kaleshwar, as well as with numerous skilled mentors and amazing healers from a variety of traditions including; Shamanic, Taoist, Shaktism, and Shaivism.
My specialties include Womb Chakra healing, Meditation Guidance, Shakti Energy healing, Cranial Sacral therapy, Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist abdominal massage), and Intuitive Massage Therapy. I have a unique approach to healing through the body-mind connection and I especially enjoy tending to the spaces between the physical and our essential essence.
As a spiritual healer and mentor, I am skilled at the art of deep listening—offering a safe and empathic space for the sacred tapestry of your being to unfold, rest, and explore your inner landscape.
From childhood I have been a part of transformational work and intentional communities. I have studied and participated in inner journey work for as long as I can remember. I experienced my first profound awakening when I was 12 years old, spontaneously seeing the whole of everything and what I would now call the Tao.
This led me to recognize my calling to contribute to those who are called to help others. My own spiritual healing journey has been rich and diverse, taking me across the USA and to India, where I raised my two children immersed in spiritual community, meditation and Eastern tantric philosophy.
The sphere of my mystical research has been radically feminine centered and deeply creativity affirming.
As an energy reader and clairaudient, I see and hear the unspoken signals and frequencies that get in the way of personal truth.
Life is an inquiry into what it means to be human and each of us has our own way in which we navigate and process the world around us and within us. Sometimes we face overwhelming challenges or reach a fork in the road, leading us to search for a trusted guide—someone who may cross our path briefly or become a reliable resting place where we can pause, reflect, and listen to our inner guidance indicating which direction to take.
My gift is the ability to see energetic pathways. This helps to uncover unique perspectives and empower you to grow in strength and capacity as you step into your most authentic self.
Developing this skill has come out of my own struggles with relationships and trauma. As well as a deep desire for inner and outer connection with nature, challenging norms and an intimate awareness of the many layers of existence beyond what is perpetuated by the status quo.
My aim is to help you cultivate sacred spaciousness and facilitate the natural flow of universal life force energy.
Together, we can co-create new paradigms—not for you, but with you. Each one of us can be a beacon of light in the darkness of this time, like one candle lighting the other, we create a groundswell of illumination.
My vision is to sift through the hidden layers to uncover something genuinely revolutionary—something inclusive of everyone and every voice, the song of the collective soul within each of us.
Woven from the fabric of our trauma, fibers tested by time and resiliency. Trusting the wisdom that arises from this exploration to guide us and bring us home to our true nature within this unprecedented world we live in today.
